This is your chance to acquire the intellectual property, inventory, and equipment (or any combination therein) of a well-known fishing and outdoor enthusiasts' brand, consisting of ready to sell inventory, a state-of-the-art bagging & packing line, and the multiple trade names and trademarks.
Water Gremlin has been selling to 25 top customers for years and available assets include ready to ship finished goods. Furthermore, other assets categories including base sinker work-in process (requires bagging, etc.), packaging, and semiautomated equipment (at least one each for the required processes of cutting, part inserts, and sorting & bagging) are readily available and require modest plant floor space.
This is an ongoing sale whereby when a purchase offer, individually or in any combination of the applicable asset categories (intellectual property, inventory, and equipment) is received, if valid and meets applicable Client value expectations, it will be accepted and the assets no longer available for purchase by other interested parties. HyperAMS reserves the right to further define the sale process and develop bid deadlines as it sees fit.
