Biomedical Company
Chicago, Illinois / Milpitas, California / Brownsburg, Indiana / La Chaux-de-Fonds (HQ) / Switzerland

The Talis Biomedical One Test System is a patent protected, and commercially viable infectious diseases molecular testing point-of care solution (inclusive of hardware, software, and workflows, etc.). Talis Biomedical has invested more than $500 million to develop the Talis One Test system, of which more than $100 million was spent in manufacturing capabilities and test instrument and cartridge component parts inventory purchases. The Talis Biomedical One Test System has a variety of applications including but not limited to in-office testing for sexually transmitted diseases, providing results in less the 30 minutes.  While more than 230 patents have been applied for and more than 50 of those approved, mass production of the solution was started, positive test trials achieved, and FDA emergency use authorization received but Talis subsequently withdrew, the company does not possess the funds necessary to continue as a going concern.  Therefore, key Talis Biomedical Assets are immediately available to purchase, in bulk or combinations therein.
